There were fab rooms and food, everything you need for a COMFORTABLE stay. We were greeted by great host. We appreciated the amenities, such as central heating, a seating area and a radio.

Hotel is a convenient base for a weekend in Skegness. Very good location, free parking, superb breakfast. We really loved multi-channel television, a seating area and ironing facilities in the room. The owner was fantastic.

Hotel's location was next to main attractions like skegness pier. At Saxby we had a good stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
